Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I pay you to sit with me if I do all the work?
That's a very good question. You may not have to. You may be sufficiently motivated to achieve your goals alone, or by using my blog to point you in different directions and make organizing suggestions.
However, I have found that, by my going to your home, you take the time to think about what you would like to achieve. By my being there with you, I will help you make decisions about what you might need to keep and what you may not need to. We all have "Treasures" and they mean different things to each of us. I can help you remember those times and decide what and how you want to keep.
Do you do a comprehensive plan?
No. What gets done is completely up to you. I realize life gets in the way of our sorting and organizing plans. We may have house guests, we may have a family member or neighbor who needs our help, or we may have medical issues which will prevent us from working on these projects. I understand. The pace is entirely up to you. You decide how much time and energy you have.
My children/family are uncomfortable with you coming into my home when I'm alone. Is it safe?
Yes! I am insured against theft, damage, and injury. Also, I am at an age and an economic state of life that I don't need or want any of your "Treasures." ( I have enough of my own.) I can also supply references if anyone would like to talk to someone I have worked with.
How do I get started working with you?
Call or text me at 720-819-5450 or through e-mail [email protected] to set up a session. Remember, pre-payment is a must. As I travel quite far, I need to feel assured there will be a session when I arrive.
What happens if I need to cancel?
As long as you call or text me at 720-819-5450 at least 24 hours prior to the start of our session, I would be happy to apply your payment to a future session. Otherwise, the payment is lost.
Can someone else pay for a session for me?
Yes! I have gift certificates. Just imagine how happy your friends or family members will be to know they can help you achieve your sorting and organizing goals!
